About Us
From Deep-Rooted Experience to the Buildings of Tomorrow
Forward İnşaat is a construction brand that brings together the sector knowledge rooted in the Akıncıoğulları family business tradition, which began in Alanya in 1982 under the leadership of Veli Akıncı, with Akıncıoğlu İzolasyon’s expertise in construction and waterproofing.
Having grown within this long-established organisation, Serkan Akıncıoğlu combines his experience in building materials, technical applications and waterproofing with a modern approach to construction, guiding the development of Forward İnşaat. He aims to reflect his years of industry experience not only in the appearance of buildings, but also in their structural integrity, durability and long service life.
Focusing on residential, villa and commercial building projects in Alanya, Forward İnşaat brings together modern architecture, functional living spaces and sound engineering solutions. In every project, it gives equal importance to aesthetic design, material quality, construction details and building safety.
The technical expertise inherited from Akıncıoğlu İzolasyon provides a significant advantage, particularly in waterproofing, building protection and durability from foundations to roofs. We believe that a quality building derives its value not only from visible architectural details, but also from the technical work concealed within it.
Our aim at Forward İnşaat is to deliver reliable, high-quality and long-lasting projects in Alanya’s growing construction sector, carrying experience from the past into the living spaces of the future.
